Step 1: Stabilise your digital environment through The Vineyard Setup
We start by securing your communications. We move your church off unreliable systems and establish a professional Google Workspace for Nonprofits environment. This stabilises your email and makes sure your messages actually reach your congregation. It also gives you access to shared calendars and secure document management to help you use your time more effectively.
Note: If you already have Google Workspace for Nonprofits or Microsoft 365 for Nonprofits set up, we skip this step and move straight to building or stewardship.
Step 2: Construct your digital front door through The BRANCH Build
If your current website is outdated or broken, we build a new, mission-focused website. You can choose The Seed (1-page) as a starter option for smaller ministries or The Fruit (5-page) as our standard comprehensive build. Need more than 5 pages? We can easily scale to fit your needs.
Note: If you’re happy with your current site or a rebuild isn’t in the budget right now, we skip this step and move straight to stewardship.
Step 3: Steward your online presence through The Stewardship Plans
We step in as your long-term partner to protect your digital assets. We manage your domain name (yourchurch.com.au) in both plans so you never lose ownership or your site never goes offline due to a missed invoice payment. We have two options:
The Root Plan
If we didn’t build your site, we migrate it to our secure, high-performance Australian servers to provide managed web hosting, security, and daily backups. We also manage your Google Workspace users for you.
The Branch Plan
If we built your site, we provide everything in The Root Plan plus full monthly care, software updates, and content edits for your website so you never have to worry about updating it again.
